This executive function is to bring professionals from academia, industry, and medical to address tribes and community leaders of all levels to educate on the cannabis hemp plants.  This is to ensure education is high level and addresses the applications and vertical markets and opportunities for our state.  We provide education, awareness,  by speaking directly to the overall infrastructure of cannabis in our state, including laws impacting how cannabis industry can conduct business - re-examining pricing and taxing, and how to recalibrate our state to welcome this industry.  Identifying markets and industries and providing networking  opportunities for use of hemp such as in energy, fuels, nanotechnology, concrete, wood, diesel, glue, jet fuel, fabrics & textiles. etc.
